Swimming pool leak into driver footwell

I have tried silicon channel to diver the water under the bonnet. Poured water over the windsreen to try and see where its coming in (no joy). Checked silicon around brake fluid reservior, etc.

Any other ideas and most importantly how I find them

I have gone through all this and more. As a last resort I used Sikaflex NOT silicon. Covered eveything which I thought I had already sealed and hey presto....I now have a dry car. Process of elimiation I am afraid. If in doubt seal everything. Cables, screws, rubberseals and definately the break fluid resevoir.

If Its not coming through a door seal or the usual Brake fluid Reservoir/cable grommet, windscreen wiper to name but a few, then try when dark Putting a really Bright torch in the footwell pointing at various different angles upwards and then looking around the engine bay inner wing, under the wheelarch etc and see if theres any light comming through anywhere.
I cam across this idea accidently when working on my S. I had left a tourch in the footwell and was on the chassis and noticed all this specks of light where light was coming through either little holes or where the Waxoyle had got thin and it was just the white GRP colour.

thanks for the suggestions all. My local garage couldn't find it so I will give it another go myself. After that I guess its TVR dealer time

OK found the bugger. Leak only happens when the bonnet is down (must be compressing something and causing a gap).

I found a tube hidden under the steering wheel assembly which is somehow guiding the water in from under the bonnet. Going to silicon it (tape didn't hold it) but would be good if I could find the source.....any further ideas????
