Going to pick up my Chim 400 from TMS this Saturday! The only way I'll sleep on Friday night is to get plastered, although not so much I won't be able to enjoy the moment of truth. Never posted on PH before but thankyou all who've dished out pearls of wisdom so I know what I'm in for. Looking forward to meeting some of you at the various events.
Never mind Friday, don't think I can sleep tonight...

We all said that. Kiss your teddy bear goodnight, 'cause he won't see you for a few days.

And get those cheek excercises going, you'll need them.

OK, got the Chim now and as predicted my cheek muscles are hurting like hell, as is my wallet after a weekend of "familiarisation". Still, it's a small price to pay, who wants diesel mpg anyway?

Welcome to the joys of TVR ownership! Don't fret over the above, give in graciously, afterall it's perfectly normal practice for us Tiv drivers to deliberately take over an hour to get to the local garage/supermarket for a pint of milk and the daily newspaper when in reality it should only take 10 mins or so!
