Headlights. How d'ya get into them?

Are the headlights sealed units? If not, I need to change a bulb.

Opened the bonnet but, of course the lights are in the wings - duh.

Can anyone let me know how to get access to the back of them or remove them before I start ripping the whole front end to bits?
