Diff removal...

I'm off at the end of the week across Europe, and my diff has decided to start 'weeping' from the OS output flange.

I'm getting very twitchy about the thought of getting stranded with a siezed diff so I think it's got to come out and get the seal replaced.

The local G'box and Axle specialists say they can do it, but don't have any room in their workshop to take the diff out!

So, I'm hoping to remove it myself, anyone else done this? Any words of advise/things to watch out for?
