Exhaust polishing?!

What products, if any, are recommended for bringing up a nice shine and removing tar from the exhausts? Any ideas?

Solvo Autosol in a tube. Bike shops/Halfrauds

Brings chrome/ally/brass/bronze to life.

I use Brasso or Autosol.

The Brasso comes in a pre soaked cloth roll & is excellent.

Stainless Steel sink cleaner works quite well too. Make sure to rinse thoughly afterwards.

I use "Silvo" wadding in a blue stripy tin - works a treat on the exhaust and ally bits.
