Water heating on throttle body??

Does anybody know why TVR appear not to use the throttle body water heating on the V8? I've found one of the feed pipes from the inlet manifold area which is blanked off with a bolt!! The other pipe I can't find though.

I don't know why Landrover have that arrangement in the first place - best to keep charge air cold isn't it? Just in case you were wondering if it's only yours - it's not.

I managed to check out a few at the mid-essex meet on Sunday and they are all the same, including the bolt in the pipe!
