Could be a long shot here but does anyone know exactly what size nut fits onto the hub end of the anti-roll bar drop link. It's about 10mm but has a fine pitch thread on it. 17mm Spanner fits perfectly which makes me wonder if it's not an imperial size.. Could it be M10x1.. Seems a bit weird if it is.. Any help would be appreciated as ripped thread out of nut when re-fitting....

Had a similar problem and great difficulty tracking down a nut to fit, IIRC it is metric but not a regular thread pitch, apparantly used on some Japaneses cars & bikes.
In the end I gave up and bought new links.
Sorry no help.

The front suspension is a minefield of differing threads and sizes. I seem to recall having some difficulty with those and the ball joints in particular; can't recall if they turned out to be cycle thread or fine metric.
