Hmm not so sure about having a huge sub woofer instead of the very handy parcel shelf behing the seats. that space is one of the reasons why the chim is so surprisingly practical

Can you remove the side repeaters? I'd have thought there was some legal requirement for them.
Unless the PH smiley flashes instead biggrin

There is no auction details and I can't find it on the website in the link either.

I don’t think there is a link yet, I think they are trying to generate interest good luck to them, if it goes over 5k I’d be really shocked, I see no mention CAT status in the advert, unless they did the front for fun. biglaugh

I vaguely remember this Chim as a project from years ago - certainly remember white with a pink pearl and the pink stickers etc. IIRC it was a female pher.

So lets get this right, the prospective new owner is going to have to be into pink, have a large overdraft and by the looks of the number plate be into whips and latex. I can see why its gone to auction, even TVR dean would struggle with that.

I bet they'll be queueing up auction day.biglaugh

How much would it cost to "make it right" though?

Get rid of the pink stuff, remove speakers and recreate shelf.

Could be a bargain for somebody wanting to get their hands dirty - sell the plate as well?

The side reapeaters are built into the mirrors, but can not be seen when they are unlit. The mirror casing is translucent under the paint and they show up when in use. Very nice feature IMO.

That's Lizzy's old car. Joint RO for one of the tvr car club regions. Really nice girl, co-owns a paint/body shop in the midlands (innovation bodyworks). Her ex Jason had a cerbera. Excellent buy!

Owned a bodyshop - past tense I'm afraid - the car was technically a business asset, hence the sale.

Good to see it has gone to a good home though. smile
