Intemittant Headlights!!!

Hi all,
Had a speed six headlight conversion done about 4 weeks ago but over the last couple of days when the headlights are on I have had the indicator light inside the car flickering over bumps and sometimes the headlights just cut out for a second!!
I am thinking possible earth fault???
Any ideas?
I can obviously take it back for the electrician who wired it to check but was hoping to fix it sooner!!!
