Unusual window switch position

Just noticed on Classifieds a Chim 450 with the window switches in a position I've not seen before.



Anyone come across this before? Cries out for Leven switch covers though!

Is this not the air-con switch ?
Remember seeing this somewhere, possibly in the 'bible'
