Hello everyone,

Thought it was about time i said hello. Been a regular visitor to this site for over a year, and reading all of yor messages finally gave me that extra bit of incentive i needed to buy my first TVR.
98R Chim 450 in Olympic Blue Pearl, (i was at the East Mids meet last month in Colby, Lincs.) Only drove 'Charlie' for a couple of weeks before i had to go back to work (Dubai), home at the end of the though, for lots more fun! Just wanted to say hi, and thanks for all the tips you guys constantly provide.
Also a big thanks to James Agger for finding me the car i've always dreamed of.
Cheers,

Guy.

They let drill supervisors be unbalanced? No wonder oil prices are going up

Bet you've never heard that one before. Glad to have you on board.

Hi guy,

We met at the Coleby trip. I was the geezer (with the Rover) asking loads of questions about TVR ownership and this that and the other. Well, I bought a Chim 450 two weeks later. I hope you are enjoying yours as much I am enjoying mine!

Maybe see you and your good Lady around sometime.

Excellent stuff!! I'm back in the uk at the end of the month, so should be at the June meet. Hopefully see you there (wherever it is?).
What colour, year, private or trade?

Hi Guy,

The June Meet is in Coventry (see East Midlands TVRCC web site) I think, but I dont think we will be there.

Yeah, its a 1998, metalic red Chim 450. Bought it private off a pistonheader. Its got a couple of niggles but as yet nothing major.

Take care matey,

Dave
