High mileage Plus 4

I am looking to buy a 2012 Plus Four, with the 2L Ford Duratec motor. Seems to be in great condition, sheafs of servicing and parts invoices, meticulous owner. Not driven in winter.
But it has done 71,000 miles.
It had a full cylinder head overhaul in 2021, not sure what would prompt that.
What are the experienced Morgan people’s views on buying a high mileage one?
