MG Midget - Back from the dead

Just thought I'd share : after 20 years of being off the road and lying dormant, my Midget engine started last night !! I was cockahoop. Bodywork and paint all done, now the engine is running nicely.

All the bodywork and paint is done. The to-do list is :

- finish the conencting up the new loom
- refurbish brakes
- refurbish suspension
- retrim interior
- the million other tiny jobs to get through MOT

Hopefully I'll have it on the road this summer.

Good news - when you've done it you're welcome to give me a hand to get mine on the road.
I've probably got another years work assuming that the weather picks up but I'm hoping to fire up the engine this year.
