MG TF door seals

More TF woe's for ninja i'm afraid i've got a 2004 MG TF and i'm getting a small pool of water collecting on the base of the passenger side door near the 3 holes under the speaker. Any idea's where the leak could be starting as i've got a bit of rust where it's collecting.

The first thing I would look at is the drain holes in the bottom of the door and also in the sills. We had a leak coming from the top edge of the glass at the front of side windows and a little tweaking of the rubber with the hardtop fited eliminated the leak. I have also been told a little vaseline can help!!!!

I will give it a go, the water is sitting on top of the rubber seal and not entering the car. It's very strange.
