Gearing

Doing a few trackdays at Silverstone in SR3RS. What gearing do you guys run?
I was told to run the highest i.e. 2.770:1 seemed much too high when last there.

Not surprised; used to be 3.071:1, so I can't think the new GP layout would/could necessitate higher than possibly 2.917:1 (Spa Gearing)?

Thank you Gents. No wonder it felt slow. Will use 3.07 as you suggest.
