hi Guys,

what is the best/easiest tool to get for chain breaking/making ?? there seem to be 101 types... and a fair range of ££ I have been told in the past that the chepa ones are rubbish - so opinions on a specific model that works and doesn't require a team to operate would be great :-)

Cheap ones are just thaat...cheap. Most manufactures of the chains do their own which is normally good quality. I've got a R&K one which was about £80 iirc but its a piece of cake to use, worth every penny.

TOTR ?? is that earth speak Jonny ?? :-)

one that will last and is easy is a plus, would rather buy one rather than fling a cheapo in the bin after its first use....
