A/C Pollen filters on 2001 XJR ....where ?!

Where are the pollen filters to be found on a 2001 XJR ? Had an A/C service but the guy couldn't find where the pollen filter/s were !!

Only a very few cars had them fitted (an option)they are under the wiper scuttle panel

Oh, so mostly theres not actually any filters ?? Seems odd ??

As Fullmel said, they were an option, and very rarely fitted. I seem to remember if you looked through the wiper grill area, if you could see a whitish looking thing, then they were fitted.
