You mean the oil presure warning light is on?
Is there any oil in it? Is the oil pressure gauge reading?
At that mileage it might use some oil but not much. Lots of breakers including
Eurojag who are recommended, lots of parts suppliers too, try British Car Parts. Aerial mast needs replacement and the clock display failure is common fault - it's not a fuse - IIRC sombody advertising on ebay repairs them.
Suggest you avoid pattern discs - I've had grief with cheap ones more than once.

In Reading there is also Fenn Motor works who specialise in Jags, they've been great with the Mrs MB (same gear box as the 4.0 V8 XJR). They are just opposite the main dealer, who I've always found very helpful, obviously Fenn are a lot cheaper than Lancasters.
Another vote for Berkshire Jag spares. Very helpful and friendly. I got a replacement ABS unit from them and headlight units.
They are near Wokingham.

It shouldn't use much oil. Are you experiencing any running problems or noises with the engine? You say the oil light is on - that will be the oil pressure light. I have never owned an X300 so any knowledge I have is of the earlier XJ40 model, but they are similar. On an XJ40, the oil pressure sender can be unreliable leading to a false low oil pressure reading on the dial and turning on the oil light. Genuine oil pressure problems are very rare on the XJ40 and I suspect this is also the case with the X300 since the engine is basically similar, and if anything even more robust. I suspect it may be you have a sender problem rather than a genuine oil pressure problem.
Before you determine the car is using oil, make sure you are measuring the oil parked on a completely level surface. with a Jaguar it is possible to get a false high or low oil reading on the dip stick depending whether the nose or tail of the car points down hill. If you measure the oil with the car pointing down hill you will get a different reading from if it points up. Some years ago I thought my XJ40 had used a lot of oil from making this mistake.
I have never used them (not yet anyway!!) but have heard lots of good things about Berks Jags. I tend to get parts from David Manners, SNG Barrett and of course the JDHT.

Of the breakers, I have bought parts from Eurojag and been happy with their service, Grublogger likewise - though I have only bought from them once.
