A friend of mine is having his Series 1 1/2 E-Type restored and wants to either get his spoke wheels re-chromed or replaced.

Can anyone recommend someone to do either please?

Yepp, excellent job.
When I bought a set of tyres from them, the fitter spent time moving the tyre around the rim to get a better balance before starting to add weights.
