2000MY XJR: Front right indicator not working (but bulb ok)

Hi folks,
I've a 2000-plate XJR, and the front right indicator isnt working :-(

I swapped the bulb to the other side and its fine, stuck a multimeter on the exposed plug and it seems like I'm getting battery voltage/no volts at the right frequency. So I conclude its probably poor connection on the bumper harness; any tips on how to get at it/locate it? Manual says its near the bottom of the washer reservoir but that looks to be behind the bumper/wheelarch liner...

(I do loiter on PH fairly often, though dont write that much I admit!)

And I found turning full left-lock, and getting my fingers behind the RH wheel arch liner, its virtually laying on the undertray; a quick squeeze of the connector and its working again!
