I have been trying to get a copy of the DVD Sat Nav disk/s for my 2004 XKR 4.2 SC and have been unable to get the disks due to Jaguar not producing them anymore even although the car and Sat Nav system are only 6 years old?
Also Jaguar are unable to give me the relevant part numbers for the disks which would help me source the correct disk 2nd hand.
Can anyone who has this model of XKR with the European Disks possibly give me the numbers so I can try and get them. The system does not work with the newer versions of the software as I have tried a 2007 and 2010 set without success.
Many thanks.

I may be able to help you but the disc is at work so will look tomorrow. I bought it to put in my 2002 XJ, but is was for a slightly later system.

As far as I am aware the last SatNav DVD for the XK was the one produced in 2003. That is why Jaguar are unable to provide any part numbers.

Thanks folks all help appreciated. I suppose even an outdated map of Europe may be of some use?

I have the disk in front of me now,it is for a Denso DVD system, Jaguar Part No 1X43 10E898 AE, Denso No 464210-5025.

As I said it doesn't work in my 2002 XJ which has a turn by turn system and turned out to be an Alpine system, but it may work in your car. I paid £40 for it and would happily sell it for the same.

If yours is an Alpine system then I can get the part numbers of the disc that is in mine.
