New tyres for X351 XJ

The Dunlop Sport Maxx's on the back have done me for 20,000 miles but are getting close to the TWI so want to replace them before the weather turns too wet. Has anyone got any experience of other tyres on this model?
Don't want winter tyres - if it's that bad I'll take SWMBO's car which has got a set.
