Thought I'd put this out somewhere as the powers-that-be on the XF Forum delete every post I make that asks them why they over moderate.

If been posting over at the XF Forum for some months leading up to and after getting my new XFR. I doubt I'll be contributing much more.

This is a post I made to the general section of the XF Forum:

This morning I found that one of my recent posts had been edited due to (in my opinion) petty reasons.

I added a reply to the topic expressing my dismay at over moderation and now I find that the reply has been deleted.

Is there no free speech on this forum? Does everything we type have to comply with the subjective views of the moderators?

Moderators: Why was my follow-up post deleted? If you are also going to delete this topic and attempt to gag open discussion then I shall PM it to regular contributors.

Guess what? That topic was deleted within 2 minutes. Seems like you can't post anything questioning the mods reluctance for open discussion.

So I began sending PM's to the regulars and after sending my third PM I suddenly found that 'somebody' had turned off my PMs in my general settings and also turned off my preference for receiving emails from members.

It wouldn't surprise me if they are so petty that they delete my login from the site.

Really don't give it another thought. Peeps can be quite petty. Hang out here & tell us about the XFR. Colour? Options? Photos? C'mon man!

It's a 2012 model in Midnight Black with all options except TV and blind spot monitoring (I ride a bike too and don't want to get lazy with life savers). I also opted for chrome bonnet vents.

The interior is black with contrast white sticking, dark oak and black suede roof lining.

I ordered it in Late July, went up to Castle Bromwich early september to see it being built and then picked it up a few days later from the dealer.

I find some of the Jag forums a funny lot. I joined a .com one a few weeks ago when I got my S-Type (mainly American owners) and my username Pat_McCrotch was changed because they "don't have any here". Personally thought it was a little OTT for a tongue-in-cheek username so haven't been back there since.
