Mk 10 wedding car

Hi all,

Just popping over from the TVR S forum (although Im a rare poster I just like reading posts!). Does anyone know of any Mk10 jaguar owners in the midlands area that would be willing to let the Beautiful car be used as a wedding car in August? There seem to be very few around and the only company I can see using them as wedding cars is down in surrey.

hi all we do but we are in cumbria my old boy may do it but it wont be cheep the mk 10 like fuel u may say they just drink it

Thanks for the replies, I have tried the other forum but so far no response. Its a shame Cumbria is so far away as the more I look at them the more I want one...........And not just as a wedding car!!

You could try contacting the local Jaguar club in the area and see whether any of the members does the occasional wedding, I know some of the guys with Mk2s in Thames Valley do.

There are two clubs, I'm not sure which is strongest in your area.

The Jaguar Enthusiast Club
The Jaguar Drivers Club

Try contacting them both and see whether anyone there can help.

(I've a friend who runs a classic Jaguar wedding cars business, but he doesn't have a Mk10 (MkV, MkVIII and a number of Mk2s) and is in Berkshire so again quite a trek away.)

we would sell the mk 10 if the price was right its green we bought it off the original owner i think about 10 yeaes a go with about 60000 miles it had a full engine rebuild body was good but was repainted and all the wood work done wee have done maby 2000 miles in it my dad is neley 70 now and has to get rid some of his cars
