My mechanic is been trying to chase a coolant leak on my xk8 1999 61k started by changing thermostat as it was leaking from there. Then quickly noticed leak continued, used pressure test to locate another leak from a valley pipes then changed it today only to surprisingly find another leak coming just on both side towards the front under the manifold

He us not sure what to do next but suspects o rings , does not think it's head gasket but going for a chemical testing


Does this mean anything to anyone

I might be paranoid but when I see coolant leaks I suspect head gasket failure leading to a pressurised coolant system.

I'd wait for the results of that before you spend a load more money.
