Which parking sensors

I want to get some parking sensors fitted before I have to spend the money on a bump repair.

What are the best makes and is it best to get them professionally fitted and set up or are they simple to fit.

How good are the number plate ones and has anyone bothered with front sensors as well as I they would be helpful on the XKs
