Replace Rotton sunroof panel on a '93 XJ40

Can anyone give me a basic idea of whats involved in swopping one round,car is a 1993 Jag sov, battery in boot model - if that makes any difference.

If my memory serves me right, the actual metal panel is only held on with 4 fixings. Can't remember how easy it is to remove the trim. I know its not that hard as I recall adjusting one on a car. To remove the whole assembly is a muchk bigger job involving removing the head lining . Hope that helps
