I have fitted loads of these, very cheap easy way to get more noise and better looking tips, you can go for quads for an extra £44 via the Adamesh website, he may even do the deal over ebay if you ask

You do get a bit of drone at lower speeds but not a lot and for the price you cant knock it really...
