We had an offsite meeting at The Heritage today. The boss organised a few classics to come along in the afternoon. I got a passenger ride in the 120, and the 1.5 saloon.

The XK120 was just two months out of restoration, and 1000 miles on the clock. Just fabulous.

Car was imported from California with a smal-block Chevy V8 in it. Now has a 3.8 XK

Was there a XK150 with "777" on the plate there too?

Rather brightened being stuck in the northbound traffic jam in miserable weather!

Only one 150 - 498 KTO. Again - a lovely car.

Wonder where 777 had been then. Unusual (but great) to see one out on the motorway in the rain.

Must own one at some point...

Nice motors. Shame about all those dreadful chrome wire wheels...
