xjr 2001 engine oil type

hi guys,

have just replaced all the chains and tensioners on my xjr and want to replace the oil filter and oil also.

what grade etc is recomended, its got 103k on the clock.

fully synthetic?

Have been using Mobil1 Full Synthetic 0W 40 for years in my XJR

Same here in my XJR and the XKR
