Delivered this today, what do people think....?

Or do you prefer a more modern interpretation?

Apologies for the crappy phone pics, but you get the idea hopefully.

I would have the wheels from the silver one, on first one

The interior colour of the first one is.. er.. interesting (being polite)

I must say, I do like the XF sportbrake (silly name!) but Id hold out a little longer to see if they launch a supercharged petrol one.. think, XFR-sportbrake

yum

EDIT, is the first one black or green?
My eyes dont work that good and i cant make it out.. if its black then the above stands.. if its green, ill have the silver one (with a v8 please)

It's British Racing Green (well, a modern metallic version - taken with an iPhone camera unfortunately), with London Tan and Burr Walnut

Not convinced with the Green, no doubt itll look better in the flesh.
But Ill say that the inside is certainly an aquired taste.. at least its not resale silver, with black on black.. nice to see that someone has gone to the effort of being original

Like the first one. I've seen a few around. I think they look great.

What are they like to drive? Autocar didn't rate it highly, saying it lost a lot over the Saloon.

Why? Shirley the owner will be driving it around for the whole damn world to see it and the number plate....whats "sackable" about showing them now. Plus also anyone can walk in the showroom and look at it too, i really dont see the problem.

Is that better for you now then? I can just imagine that there are hundreds of scammers out there just waiting for the Reg. No. of a Green and Tan XF Sportbrake Premium Luxury S to come along to clone.....

Really makes you feel like sharing with what you think would be like minded individuals.

Took some more of an Ultimate Black with Ivory Portfolio S which went out yesterday in an effort to keep this going a bit but can't be ar$ed to post to then get people calling for my job FFS.

Ignore the stupid comment Ash. Love the interior of the green one but don't do green cars at all. Love some of the blues the XF comes in, that would be my choice.

So they're selling well then smile Black one looks good, too. Do you think the 'brake will effect saloon sales or will they be additional sales to the xf range?

So far i have had two others go out which i didnt get pics off (2.2D Prem Lux in black / dove and 3.0D Prem Lux in amerhyst / ivory) who both changed out of very late X Type estates.

The Green one would not have bought a saloon due to having dogs.

The black one changed from a Portfolio S saloon i sold him 3 years ago as he has got into cycling in a big way recently.

So a good mix of people both new to the brand or who wouldn't buy a saloon. Just a shame it took them so long to do it.

Shame they don't do an XFR version - i have just ordered a new XFR to replace my 2009 XFR but would have had an XFR spotbrake if I could.
Thanks for sharing Ashley

I'd take a 3.0 S/C in white, with AWD please Ashley. I'll also take a 55% discount, interest free payment and a monthly figure of £250 please.... get the paper work sorted... Saw a white one at the weekend with blacked out surrounds and grill and it really looked stunning. Are they selling well?? What about the XJ, how are they selling especially with the 3.0 S/C engine..???

Sorry, been really busy this week.

Have got a Polaris White Sportbrake Sport on the fleet at the moment and it looks fantastic!

AWD would be lovely.... Shame we aren't in North America.....

Haven't sold a single 3.0 S/C other than F Types so far, which is strange being based in a potential DPF issue area / customer base. Sold quite a few of the old 3.0 V6 petrols 3 years ago but the increased price to the S/C is massive as its Premium Luxury / Portfolio only, so creating quite a dilemma for my central London based customers.

XJ's in general doing fine, we tend to only do big spec Portfolios, either SWB or LWB but mainly LWB. Again , no 3.0 S/C yet though.

Had the quarters XK target done by mid Feb too, which is nice :-) again, tend to go for quite dramatic showroom stoppers which seems to working at the moment. (Currently Polaris White XKR cab with Red Zone interior, XKR-S Performance seats and exhaust and the Speed and Black pack)

Phwoooar! Thanks Ashley.

When you get a non-FRB XFR-S take a million pics & post 'em up!

What's the most popular average spend on F-Types at your end?
