4.0 xjs sump gasket

could any one tell me if it is a pretty straightford job to remove the engine oil sump and replace the gasket on one of these. sorry ive only just bought the car and want to clean the sump out as part of recomissioning and didnt know if there was any issues, many thanks in advance for any advice lads.
