Anyone had Battery issues with their XKR ??

I have had my XKR S now for year today. But recently i keep getting "LOW BATTERY" sign come up on the dash..even though i had just driven over 100 miles. It first happened a couple of months ago when i took it into Jaguar to have the front splitter replaced and they called me to say the battery had gone flat...how on earth could it go flat in 2 days?? I have spoken to my Jaguar dealer who informed me that it will go flat in 2 days if not driven!! B*ll*cks was my response. Jaguar have so far refused to replace the battery even though i have had the same problem with my Range Rover (same dealer) and that was down to a faulty cell. The car is in Jaguar today again but has anyone else has these issues.
