x300 hot starting issues

hello all can someone please give me some advice on my jag x3oo 3.2 its started to play up recently starts from cold fine then when run for a hour and turned off its seems to not want to start had the rac out did nothing but took the air intake pipe apart after the airbox sprayed in some easy start death juice and it fired straight away.
its starting to get regular and i keep having to use easy start and do not want to get the engine hooked on it can someone please help
