1997 jag xk8 condensation inside of windows

Two common parts
One, where the brake servo is there is a drain tube, that can get blocked with leaves and dirt
water then overflows into the drivers foot well
Two, the floor pans at that age I expect have large rust holes letting in moisture

right had a play with a hose today!
I found 2 leaks. one was dripping down through where the brake servo is attached to the bulkhead. this was caused by 2 things. the lower windscreen to scuttle seal wasn't sealing right and letting water drip down into sctuttle and onto where the brake servo is attached to the scuttle. this also has a gasket, I nipped up the nuts/bolts holding the servo to the scuttle and there is now no leak so problem solved.
the next leak was found where the carpet behind the pass seat was wet. I poured water onto the window and seals and found the door seal is letting water in somehow, and whats happening is the material part of the seal which runs down the door aperture seam is getting saturated in water, which then flows down to the carpet.
the drivers side is 100% water tight and no wet carpet.
so looks like I need a new passenger side door seal.(aperture one)I did notice that part of it is sitting away from the body, so for a quick fix I will see if I can seal it back tight to the body and hopefully it will seal nicely again, if not then new seal.
any idea how much a door aperture seal is??
thanks
