re insurances. I currently use my ncb on a daily vehicle and classic insurances on my older jaguars (over ten years old) my latest addition ( see other ) doesn't qualify for classic so had to find a best price on line. Due to age and other factors got her insured fully comp with post office car insurance, now strange thing is a quote for doing 1000 miles a year was tad under £300 ( good price) thought id ask how much more it would be for say 1500 or more miles per year !!! believe it or not the price went DOWN by £40,,,, so settled for 2500 mls a year. So for those looking on a limited mileage cover its worth asking the question. must be a logic in there some where lol

I have three cars with same broker/insurer. 2 do about 3000 miles per year. My policies for those are for 5000 and I was told that is lowest figure they base premiums on

I had a fantastic deal from Admiral on a multicar policy for the following i paid in total £446 for 12 months cover :

Jag STR ( on driveway SDP & Commuting 4000k per year, 13 years NCB )
Cerbera 4.2 ( in garage SDP 3000k per year, 13 years NCD )
Micra 1.5d Sport+( on the street SDP & Commuting 5000k per year, 5 years NCB )

I couldnt quite beleive it, so when the gent asked would i like to pay know i nearly snapped my credit card getting it out of the wallet so quickly !!!
