electrical fault on my xk portfolio

Took delivery of my 2010 XK portfolio a couple of weeks ago
No problems until last Sunday,it kept blowing the fuel pump fuse.
The very nice man from the AA could not fix it.So it was put on a recovery truck and sent back to the jaguar dealer
They said it was a fault with the wiring shorting out at the back of the car.
Is this a common problem???
Also which is the best jaguar club to join for the East Yorkshire area
