I bought my XFR used from Marshalls Oxford , they have now moved to Didcot to a bigger site. The purchase was pretty good, decent deal and they made a fuss i didnt expect considering its a used car.

Phoned them for servicing and they were quite expensive went to Harwoods in Basingstoke as they were cheaper but thats a whole different story.

Bottom line is they probably wont get my buisness for repairs or servicing

I have used Marshalls in Didcot a few times to service my XF and cannot fault them. I can't comment on price as it is a company lease car. Always courteous and jobs done on time plus valet carried out.

So so. Didn't return my calls in good time, expensive cars, poor trade in values. They seem to only like fast, full list deals. Then another dealer within group sold the car I wanted which was news to me after I had gone through the bother of selling mine privately.....

They have an expensive dealership to pay for.....LR service dept was very good on the otherhand.

C'mon Lord, whats the story.....
