Late XJ12 Series 3: Wiper stalk handle

On my wiper stalk handle the graphics have been rubbed away from 30 years of usage. Is it possible to exchange just the end piece, or do I have to exchange the entire part including cables and electronics?

I should think there would be plenty of these on eBay as the same stalk covered more than one Model . From memory around £20 for the whole assembly which makes me think most people would doubtless replace the whole thing .
