XJR 2004 one or two piece cranshaft pulley?

I have a 2004 XJR and my accessory belt broke. I went to install a new belt. I noticed the accessory pulley will rotate freely while the supercharger pulley does not. I assumed they were bolted together but I don't see any bolts.

Is this a one-piece item and if so, how so? Are they pressed together? welded? Are they separable as mine are separated as the rear accessory pulley will rotate and also move front to back several millimeters.

Both pulleys should rotate freely otherwise this is most likely the reason the belt (s) broke? The Supercharger tensioner is for the Supercharger belt which sits in front of the accessory belt and is simple to remove. Diagrams of the belts are easily found on line.
