This XJS was sold by Jaguar heritage in the last 18 months to a chap in Ireland, NI I believe. My father was the owner previously and I have a couple of bits for the car if the owner is on here or anyone knows who bought the car. Thank you

Plate on that pic was removed, unsure what plate it went back to as plate wasn't uk and Jaguar dealt with import/export.

It's fairly unique as sold by Jaguar heritage, 22k miles, 1 owner and previously registered outside UK now in Ireland, can't be that many

Put Northern Ireland in the title heading, it might help those from there to look.

I'm not 100% on the NI part just know it went over to Ireland, only so much Jaguar would say but new owner will be hundreds £ better off if I can find them to send the stuff

If the car was over 30 years of age and bog standard, both of which apply I would have thought, it probably went South.

The restrictions post brexit are mind boggling expensive if the car is not totally standard, so standard with proof are really the only ones imported now and are in demand.

Could be wrong, they often go North for a period before going South, and buyers not intending to register, which could be the case with a 1 owner low miles car, take them South through the North to avoid capture at the port.

Its a messy game these days lol.I will ask a few car people around the South .

Have you looked at the Irish classifieds? There are dealers that buy this sort of thing for resale, have a look on Donedeal.ie
