Jaguar f type V6 LH cylinder head wanted

Does anyone know of a LH (N/S) F-Type V6 cylinder head for sale or even a company that sell them. I have looked and there seems to be plenty of RH ones but no LH ones. Can any one help?

Great Idea, it did cross my mind but was concerned about the things like spark plug and injector holes. Do you know if these heads are exactly the same and just a straight swap? Thankyou for the suggestion

No idea but i use jaguar palm beach website to look up part nos i know its Usa but i think they should be same Rimmer bros have one £2400 ouch
