HELP! Battery disconnected - Can't Open Boot or close door!

I have disconnected the battery on my XKR (needed to put on charge). I have then absent mindedly closed the boot and now as there is no power cannot open it to reconnect the battery. The passenger door is open - I cannot close it as the window won't drop (no power). Any ideas please? Is there a fail safe to get into the boot?

Hi, there is still a lock barrel you can use to manually unlock, i beleive it is near the XK8 badge

Hi,

You can open the boot using the key, not being funny, if you don't know then the key hole is located between the X & K on the right hand side of the boot where the XKR badge is.
