My driver's seat seems to have stopped working in my girlfriend's position!

I can hear the relays clicking but nothing is happening.

How hard is it to change the motor (if thats what is is)?

No we use the boot for that kind of thing!

There are potentiometers under the seat that limit the travel and tell the driver's seat module (DSM) where the seat is on the rails for the memory function, these can go bad. I would have these checked before you invest in new motors.

Edit to add: If they are bad then the DSM has no idea where the seat is in it's range of travel (it's confused) and there for will not turn the seat motors on.
