Does anyone know what the stock injectors flow on this engine?

The injectors are not the same as from the SC engine (partno are different), but I have no idea what the flow is. Keep in mind that the NA engine is only producing 300 BHP, whereas the SC engine has to put out about 460 BHP (60 bhp for the supercharger, which nets to 400 BHP).

Cheers. Any suggestions as to suitable rates Andre?

Also, assuming I dropped the SC idea... what's the max output that I could reasonably expect from the 4.2 NA running stock internals?

I will be doing the following as standard:

1. Uprating injector / fuel pump.
2. Using an aftermarket ECU and having it set up on a dyno.
3. Ditching all non-essential functions (no AC, etc. Just using the alternator and whatever else may be required to make the engine 'go').
4. Full bespoke exhaust system (equal length headers, no cats).
5. Short intake pipe to throttle body. Foam filtered and exposed to air stream

Optional:

1. Fabricate bespoke plenum with velocity stacks on each inlet

PS - Just in case some of you haven't seen the original thread... I'm not the max power chav-king! The engine is going into an Ultima, so I pretty much have carte blanche.

Hard to say, in stock trim the car should have about 300 bhp, not sure at all what you could get out of it with the mods you mention, maybe about 330-340 but your guess is as good as mine. This is assuming you find a way to get the camshaft sorted. Please keep in mind the variable valve timing in the Jaguar is controlled by the ECU. All in all it might still be easier to go with the SC idea imho.
