1998 4.0 XJR ... What compression?

Hello,

Friend is bringing round a 1998 XJR 4.0 V8 tonight and I'm buying it with the proviso it passes a compression test.

But rather than just doing it relative to the other pistons I'd quite like to know what the compression should be in each cylinder if the linings are healthy?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also does anyone know what the best owners club is?
