Newbie from Essex

Good evening all,
Just thought I'd say Hi. I'm Dougie, I've just joined the forum, I live in Essex and have had a number of Jaguars in my time ( an old 420, and a couple of 40's) now I've gone and gotten myself an XJ8 3.2 1998 with full Jag history and only 45,000 miles on the clock. It comes from a specialist Jag dealer, so hopefully things will be ok as regards the 'usual' probs etc.

Looking forward to reading the postings and who knows? maybe contributing or at least relaying my experiences in this wonderful world of Jaguar ownership.( well, it's wonderful when things are going alright!)

I've had 3 x XJ40, 1 x X300, 2 x X308, 1 x XK8, 2 x X-type and 3 x XJS (one of them twice).

Currently on one XJS (the one I've owned twice) and X-type, not forgetting my Range Rover too.
