Bit of a long shot maybe but you could try disconnecting the battery for a few mins and then reconnecting.
Make sure you have the radio code and know how to reprogramme it 'tho, and don't whatever you do close the boot with the battery disconnected
Somtimes this will clear odd fault messages, but obviously won't do so if there is actually a problem. If you get a message flash up when you're actually starting - especially if it only happens when the engine is stone cold - this may suggest the battery voltage is dropping enough to trigger a random message

DON'T CLOSE THE BOOT WITH THE BATTERY DISCONNECTED!
