S-Type 2.7D Fuel Pump or "contaminated" diesel fuel

Has anyone experienced problems with the Fuel Pump in a Jaguar S-Type 2.7D or with "contaminated" diesel fuel causing problems?

Never heard of one going. I misfueled my old one & drove it 40 miles, got it relayed back & drained it myself, new diesel filter & it was fine for the next 30k miles!

Not heard of any fuel pump problems on the 2.7d through contamination or otherwise.
