Previously I paired my BB8700 to my XKR, no problem. I've since had to replace the 8700 with a BB8820, after downloading the pairing helper, and 4.5 OS, the 8820 pairs fine, but only downloads phone numbers, no names. Does anyone know if there's a fix to this?
